How I Can Personally Serve You?

Our Legal Practices

Having practiced law for over thirty years, I have often been asked, "What type of lawyer are you?". I like to respond by saying, "A good one!".

While some attorneys narrow their field of practice, I have accepted interesting and challenging cases in many different areas in the practice of law.

I have a tremendous amount of experience in the areas Successions (Probate matters), Family Law, criminal matters, and real estate transactions. I also have a great deal of experience in jury trials representing clients in both civil and criminal court.

Your case is important to us — read on to learn about our areas of expertise.

Signing a Contract

Successions

The goal of opening a succession is to ultimately place the heirs and those named in a will (legatees) in possession and title of the assets left to them. Over time, the laws pertaining to forced heirship, executors and administrators, and other important matters have changed. This is why it's important to have an experienced attorney in charge when you need a succession opened. We can help you successfully resolve these matters quickly and efficiently.

Family Law

Family Law includes divorces, custody, child support, and community property. There are deadlines and stringent rules to be followed in family court. If these rules are not followed accurately, you may lose your rights.  We are ready to help you should you need assistance with any of these issues.

Contract Paper Signing

Criminal Law

After an arrest, the criminal prosecution occurs quickly. It is unlike civil cases. Your arraignment (pleading guilty or not guilty), pre-trial discovery, and criminal motions take place prior to trial. It is important to have an experienced trial attorney on your side.
